Integrated Performance Model for Building Construction Projects in Higher Institutions, Southwest Nigeria

Performance of construction projects is a crucial driver economic growth and infrastructural development in Nigeria, but there still need for tool that can accurately analyze project performance from the design stage through completion. This study developed model building higher institutions, Southwest Nigeria. Literature was reviewed to identify previous measurement parameters were classified into sixteen by pilot survey. Qualitative research approach adopted structured questionnaire administered 394 stakeholders 297 (75.38%) retrieved respondents. Mean Score, Kuskal wallis test, analysis variance least significant difference post hoc test used determine convergence divergent views stakeholders. Factor as data reduction method via principal component extraction classify five categories. The study’s findings indicate client satisfaction with (MS = 3.833), Construction time predictability 3.845) cost 3.832) ranked top three index.
